Dr. Moran completed his medical studies at the University of Guadalajara in 1982 and specialized in orthopedic surgery at the University of Mexico, completing spinal surgery fellowship training. He practiced orthopedics, including spinal surgery, for a number of years. During this time he was a Medical Advisor for Pharmacia, a major pharmaceutical company. In the United States, Dr. Moran furthered his medical training in orthopedics and sports medicine as well as other aspects of musculoskeletal medicine. As a member of the California Medical Association, he also has a general and family practice.
